Earlier, Helen had faced body-shaming comments when she was spotted wearing a denim bikini top and mini skirt on holiday. Despite looking incredible in Mykonos, she noticed mean comments about herself online. One hurtful comment shamed her figure and her new breast augmentation. “She seems to be gaining weight and her new bolt ons are awful,” wrote the online bully.

Helen responded defiantly, “I’m 5ft4 and a UK size 6/8 x. I’m really proud of my body, I’ve carried and given birth to three children.” She also slammed another vile comment attacking her for “pigeon toes, cankles, and wonky boobs.” Upset by the negativity, the former soap star shared her thoughts in a video on her Instagram stories. “Maybe I shouldn’t be scoffing lunch seeing as I am gaining weight,” she said sarcastically, mentioning having food stuck in her teeth. Helen expressed her disgust, stating: “I just think it’s disgusting and I am sticking up for myself because I think it is really horrible to speak about other women in that way. “I am all for women empowerment, and I just think you shouldn’t be, especially as mums and everything that our bodies go through, I just think it’s vile.”
